Although we love our fur babies, due to insurance reasons, we can not permit pets here at Geronimo Creek Retreat.
Certified Service Animals are permitted, guest must notify property management prior to arrival.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
Check-in is at 3:30 PM. Early check-in is available for $125 at 1 PM.
Our check-out time is 11 am. We offer a late check-out option until 1 pm for an additional fee of $125. If guests do not pay the fee prior to arrival, they must leave the property by 11 am.
To check in to your unit you will receive an Electronic Door Code & Access Instructions via email the morning of your reservation.
ARE THERE QUIET HOURS?
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests who violate these hours will be asked to leave without a refund.
ARE DAY VISITORS PERMITTED?
Day visitors are permitted if the maximum capacity for the rented unit has not been reached.
IS THERE A HOT TUB?
There is ONE community-shared Hot Tub at Geronimo Creek Retreat.
HOW DEEP IS THE CREEK?
Geronimo Creek is approximately 6-8 feet deep from our dock
HOW COLD IS THE CREEK?
Geronimo Creek is a spring-fed, natural body of water that keeps a constant 68-72 degree temperature year round!

ARE THERE LIFEGUARDS?
There are no life guards on duty, no fence or barrier restricting persons from entering the water and no depth signs. Under water hazards may exist and swimming is at your own risk. Renter is responsible for the safety and well-being of all guests and is responsible for keeping a close watch on all swimmers as well as non-swimmers or persons who may enter or accidentally enter the water. Should the Renter/Responsible party be absent from the Property for any length of time, it is his/her duty to designate another person within his/her party for this responsibility.
ARE THERE LIFEJACKETS?
We do supply complimentary Life Jackets ranging in both children and adult sizes.
WHEN CAN WE USE THE GAME ROOM, HOT TUB AND OTHER AMENITIES?
All property Amenities can be accessed from 7am-11pm. Quiet Hours are from 11pm-7am.
IS THERE WI-FI
We are excited to announce that we recently installed High Speed Fiber Internet. Now all of our accommodations have Smart TV’s and Wi-Fi!
IS THERE AN ON SITE OFFICE?
While there is no on-site office we do have staff on property 24 hours a day. In the event of an emergency please call 911. If it is a non-emergency please call 888-808-0460 for assistance.
We do not have an onsite store, so guests must purchase firewood and charcoal and bring it to the property.
DO I NEED A FISHING LICENSE?
While you are encouraged to fish, it is catch and release, and you must have a Texas Fishing License to fish in the Creek if over the age of 16 years old.
DOES THE PROPERTY FLOOD?
Geronimo Creek is a beautiful natural attraction, but is subject to occasional wet-weather flooding during heavy rains. The living areas of the Unit are built above the flood-way though the parking may not be. For your safety, you may be asked to evacuate the Property if there are impending flood watches or warnings in the area. We monitor this situation closely and will give as much notice as possible to you if this situation becomes a reality and ask that you help us in monitoring the situation. Obviously, this occurrence is rare and will not likely affect your stay.
