How do I book my trip to Geronimo Creek Retreat?
We request that you please book directly through our booking link buttons labeled “Book Now.”
What is the required deposit at the time of booking?
If the reservation is made more than 15 days out, the guest pays 50% at the time of booking, and the other 50% is auto-drafted 7 days before arrival. If the booking is fewer than 15 days out, guests pay in full at the time of booking.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 7 days before arrival. It is automatically charged.
What is the cancellation policy?
-More than 15 days notice prior to the booking date: 90% refund or credit
-Between 7 and 14 days prior to the booking date: 50% refund or credit
-Less than 7 days notice prior to the booking date: No refund or credit
-Same-day reservation – no refund will be given (less than 7 days)
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds take 5 – 7 business days to be deposited back into the guest account.
What do I need to know about GROUP BOOKINGS?
Geronimo Creek Retreat is a wonderful place to enjoy time with family and friends! Having said that, we do book up very quickly during the summer months. Thus, we do NOT offer group booking discounts during the summer.
If you are interested in hosting a group event during the months of October through February, please call us for special group rates.
We do NOT offer travel agent discounts or rates.
