Check In & Check Out Times

Check-in is at 3:30 PM. During certain times of the year, we may offer early check-in for $125 starting at 1 PM.

Our check-out time is 11 am. During certain times of year, we may offer a late check-out option until 1 pm for an additional fee of $125. If guests do not pay the fee prior to arrival, they must leave the property by 11 am.

To check in to your unit you will receive an Electronic Door Code & Access Instructions via email the morning of your reservation.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests who violate these hours will be asked to leave without a refund.

About Geronimo Creek

Geronimo Creek is a natural spring-fed creek that stays between 68-72 degrees year round. It ranges in depth from 0 - 15 feet depending on location. As with any natural body of water, we strongly encourage exercising caution when entering and exiting the water. Children should never be left unattended in or near the water. Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are strongly encouraged for all individuals. No lifeguards are present. Complimentary PFDs are provided but should be thoroughly checked before each use to ensure they are in proper working order.

Internet and TV

Geronimo Creek Retreat has fiber internet and utilizes smart TVs so you can stream your favorite platforms.

Fishing

In accordance with Texas Law, all individuals over the age of 16 are required to have a valid fishing license when fishing at Geronimo Creek Retreat.

Flooding and Weather

Geronimo Creek Retreat is located in a natural flood plain. While flooding is not common, it does happen. We encourage guests to closely monitor weather events at all times. In extreme weather or flooding events you may be asked to evacuate the property.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Cancellations within 15 days of arrival ( including same-day reservations) = no refund/credit
Rescheduling is not allowed within 15 days of arrival
Cancellations between 16 - 30 days before arrival = 50% refund
$75 rescheduling fee if requested 16 - 30 days before arrival
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival = 95% refund
Waived rescheduling fee if requested more than 30 days before arrival

No-Show Policy:

No refunds or rescheduling options for no-shows

Special Circumstances:

Consideration for emergency situations (with proper documentation)
Flexible policies during certain times (like pandemics) or specific reasons (natural disasters)
